Is your hand painted clothing machine washable? TOP
Yes, all clothing hand painted at Fingerprints Boutique is completely machine washable. We use the highest quality fabric paint and high quality clothing to ensure that your purchases are comfortable, practical, and long lasting. We even personally guarantee all our merchandise against cracking and fading for three years.
What shipping methods do you use? TOP
We use the United States Postal Service to ship all our packages, insuring them through DSI Insurance. You may choose First Class or Priority, except in the month of December. In December, we only offer Priority Mail due to the busyness of the Post Office. For more information about our shipping policies, please visit our Shipping Policy page.
What payment methods do you accept? TOP
At this time, we only accept credit card payments. We choose to use Paypal as our credit card processor because we never see your credit card information, ensuring the most privacy for our customers.
You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay through Paypal. Simply enter your payment information and Paypal will process it for you.
How long can I expect to wait for my purchase? TOP
Ready to ship items are processed and shipped within two business days.
During the year, please allow approximately two weeks for delivery for custom hand painted items.
During Christmas, your purchase may take up to two weeks. All items purchased before the Christmas Cut-Off Date are guaranteed to be delivered by Christmas.
What is a rush shipment? TOP
Any time a customer needs a purchase within a week, it is classified as a rush shipment. There are exceptions, but we often need to add a $10 fee for all rush shipments to complete the order on time.
If items are needed overnight, we may or may not be able to complete it, depending on whether we have the blank clothing on location. Often, these items will need to be shipped Express Mail, incurring even more charges. We ask that our customers contact us before purchasing if they need their items that quickly.
Can I exchange or return my items? TOP
We do issue returns or exchanges under certain circumstances. Please view our detailed Return Policy for more information.
How do I order a design that I do not see? TOP
You may either
contact us with your design suggestion or for a custom order. We love new ideas, suggestions, and custom orders!
In the past, we have done custom designed gifts for grandmothers, nieces & nephews, babies, fathers, grandpas, coworkers, graduates, and more. If you want a specific personalized gift that you do not see listed, do not hesitate to ask us about it. Most likely, we can design it for you!
Do you paint licensed characters? TOP
No, we do not. All licensed characters are protected by copyright laws and unable to be copied without the possibility of retribution from the company.
Since this is a Christian company, we believe that copyright infringement is a serious matter, which we wish to avoid at all costs.
Any character or cartoon you may see on our website has been created by the artist.
Do you have any other limits on what you will paint? TOP
We do not paint anything that is copyrighted, including licensed team names and mascots for professional and semi-professional sports teams.
Because of the Christian basis of our company, we refrain from the following in our art:
