Shipping Methods
We have recently changed our shipping setup to better meet your needs. All packages are shipped via Priority Mail, including International packages. Continental United States locations may request UPS Ground but must contact us for a direct shipping quote before purchasing.
Every package is insured through DSI Insurance.
Your shipping will be calculated based on the number of items you purchase. Orders over $200 receive free shipping! In the unlikely event that you would be overcharged, we issue refunds for overpayments in excess of one dollar. Although we usually notify the customer when this occurs, you may certainly request a refund if you feel you have been overcharged.
Please note that there are other costs to ship besides postage, such as packaging and insurance.

If we are unable to contact you for specifications about the design, this may delay the process. Please be sure to include a correct email address.
Shipping Issues
If a shipment does not arrive, let us know immediately.

We will track it to see if it is just behind on delivery.

If it is lost, there is a waiting period to begin the refund process.

Once they have confirmed that the item is lost, they will refund the money to us.

Once that process has been completed, you can then opt to have your item repainted and sent, or you may opt to have a full monetary refund.
