We ship through the United States Postal Service. You may choose

First Class Mail with delivery confirmation, except in the month of December

Priority Mail with delivery confirmation
Every package is insured through DSI Insurance. We have the shipping calculator set to exact weight to ensure your shipping charge is as accurate as possible.
In the unlikely event that you would be overcharged, we issue refunds for overpayments in excess of one dollar. Although we usually notify the customer when this occurs, you may certainly request a refund if you feel you have been overcharged.
Please note that there are other costs to ship besides postage, such as packaging and insurance.

Shipping Issues
If a shipment does not arrive, let us know immediately.

We will track it to see if it is just behind on delivery.

If it is lost, there is a waiting period to begin the refund process.

Once they have confirmed that the item is lost, they will refund the money to us.

Once that process has been completed, you can then opt to have your item repainted and sent, or you may opt to have a full monetary refund.
